This is a standard agreement between a construction project owner and a surveyor to perform a full range of land surveying services. This agreement offers an industrial contract of good practice that easily integrates the terms and conditions into a document. This agreement includes basic services such as research, drawings, topographic survey services, reports, standard care and other complementary services. Terms and conditions include responsible tasks assigned to each party and address critical contract issues. The issues of the contract include: the relationships and responsibilities of the parties, definitions of key concepts, the extent of work and performance obligations, the price of the contract, contractual documents, payment, compensation (protection and damage against all losses), insurance and borrowing and much more.
